Cylinder Disk Locking Mechanism
As with all of our locks, the IR-20's locking mechanism is nearly impossible for a thief to pick. This container lock is made with nine cylindrical disks. Furthermore, WAR-LOK cuts all keys in-house, and management has to approve key replacements.

NOTE: The IR-20 does NOT fit smaller Travel and Cargo Trailers (CTL-10), Standard Tractor Trailers with Swing Doors (TL-10), and Utility Brand Trailers (UTL-10).
Installation and Removal
To install the lock:
1. Ensure the trailer door latching system is properly closed
2. Firmly place the lock over the hasp
3. Push the lock button to secure the lock.
To remove the lock:
1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the lock.
