AIR BRAKE LOCK

The WAR-LOK Truck Air Brake Lock is designed to fit standard air brake controls. Due to the various sizes and types of knobs used on truck brake control valves, please follow this procedure to set your Truck Air Brake Lock for the valve knobs in your vehicle.

1. Ensure that the vinyl tips are installed on the allen set screws.
2. Using the 1/8″ allen wrench provided, adjust until the vinyl tip is touching the back of the knob. (This is a one time adjustment.)
3. If you are using the standard red and yellow knobs, install the self stick foam pads in the inner body.
4. If you are using the large chrome knobs, discard the foam pads.

To install the lock:
1.  Slip one half of the lock around the valve knobs.
2. Slide the other half in place until the two halves are together.
3. Push the lock button in to secure the lock.

To remove the lock:
1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the lock.

CARGO TRAILER DOOR LOCK

The Cargo Trailer Lock (CTL-10) secures the hasp of cargo trailer swing doors. This cargo trailer door lock is typically used to protect swing door hasps on construction trailers, motorcycle trailers and RV trailers. It can also be used on side doors. The lock hasp must be in good operating condition and not be excessively bent or deformed.The WAR-LOK Cargo Trailer Lock is intended to be used in conjunction with a metal ball type indicative seal.

The Cargo Trailer Lock should be installed on the right door on the inside latch (if applicable).

To install the lock:
1.  Insert and fasten a metal ball seal through the latch hasp.
2.  Hold the seal by the ball and gently pull to the side.
3.  Place the WAR-LOK Trailer Lock over the hasp latch assembly and push the lock cylinder upward until it clicks into place.

To remove the lock:

1.  Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn clockwise approximately 3/4 turn.  The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the lock.

GLAD HAND LOCK

The WAR-LOK Trailer Glad Hand Lock is designed to fit most standard trailer air connectors. The glad hand must be in good operating condition and not be excessively bent or deformed.

To install the lock:
1. Slide the lock onto the glad hand with the lock tab under the latch plate.
2. Push the lock cylinder inward until it clicks into place.

To remove the lock:
1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the lock.

INTERMODAL BARRIER CONTAINER LOCK

To install the lock:
1. Ensure the trailer door latching system is properly closed
2. Firmly place the lock over the hasp
3. Push the lock button in to secure the lock.

To remove the lock:
1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the lock.

King Pin Lock

The WAR-LOK King Pin Lock is designed to fit all standard trailers.

To install the lock:
1. Slide the lock fully up over the king pin.
2. Push the lock cylinder inward until it clicks into place.
Helpful Hint: Slip a thin plastic grocery bag over the king pin prior to installing the lock to reduce the amount of grease adhering to the lock.

To remove the lock:
1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder.
2. Hold the lock firmly and turn the key clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. Pull the lock cylinder out to release the lock

PUCK LOCK

To install the lock:
1. Ensure the trailer door latching system is properly closed
2. Firmly place the lock over the hasp
3. Push the lock button in to secure the lock.
Helpful Hint: Ensure your protection by purchasing the PH-10 Heavy Duty Door Hasp.
To remove the lock:
1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder.
2. Hold the lock firmly and turn the key clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. Pull the lock cylinder out to release the lock

PUCK LOCK HASP

To install: Use 3/8" carriage bolts to install this puck lock hasp onto your doors.

TODCO LATCH GUARD (ROLL UP DOORS)

Easily install on trailers and intermodal containers with roll up doors. The RUD-T is compatible with Todco Hasp locking hardware. Covers the hasp and when used with a WAR-LOK WL-8710 Padlock.

To install:
1. Ensure the trailer door latching system is properly closed
2. Firmly place over the hasp
Helpful Hint: One spray of Slick 50 One Lube every 90 days, or when needed. WD40 is NOT recommended and will have an adverse affect on your lock.

TRAILER DOOR LOCK

The WAR-LOK Trailer Lock is designed to fit most standard trailer door latches.  The lock hasp must be in good operating condition and not be excessively bent or deformed.The WAR-LOK Trailer Lock is intended to be used in conjunction with a metal ball type indicative seal.

UTILITY TRAILER LOCK

The Utility Trailer Lock is specifically designed for 2000R and 3000R refrigerated trailers. Made of Stainless Steel, the UTL-10 is resistant to corrosion and cutting with a torch. May not fit newer models, starting with 2016 Utility Trailers.

The Trailer Lock should be installed on the right door on the inside latch (if applicable).

To install the lock:
1.  Insert and fasten a metal ball seal through the latch hasp.
2.  Hold the seal by the ball and gently pull to the side.
3.  Place the WAR-LOK Utility Trailer Lock over the hasp latch assembly and push the lock cylinder upward until it clicks into place.

WHITING LATCH GUARD (ROLL UP DOORS)

Easily install on trailers and intermodal containers with roll up doors. The RUD-W is compatible with Whiting Hasp locking hardware. Covers the hasp and when used with a WAR-LOK WL-8710 Padlock.

To install:
1. Ensure the trailer door latching system is properly closed
2. Firmly place over the hasp

WL-8032 HIGH SECURITY PADLOCK CHROME PLATED 1-5/8" WIDE

To install the lock:
1.  Ensure that the padlock is unlocked.
2.  Rotate the shackle away from the padlock body to secure it to the object.
3.  Once the shackle is in place, rotate it back to its original position and press down to lock it into the body.
Helpful Hint: One spray of Slick 50 One Lube every 90 days, or when needed. WD40 is NOT recommended and will have an adverse affect on your lock.

To remove the lock:
1.  Insert the key into the keyhole.
2.  Gently wiggle the key while applying pressure to ensure the key reaches the bottom of the lock cylinder.
3. Turn the key clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the shackle.

WL-8033 HIGH SECURITY PADLOCK CHROME PLATED 2-1/20" WIDE

To install the lock:
1.  Ensure that the padlock is unlocked.
2.  Rotate the shackle away from the padlock body to secure it to the object.
3.  Once the shackle is in place, rotate it back to its original position and press down to lock it into the body.

To remove the lock:
1.  Insert the key into the keyhole.
2.  Gently wiggle the key while applying pressure to ensure the key reaches the bottom of the lock cylinder.
3. Turn the key clockwise approximately 3/4 turn. The lock cylinder will spring extend to release the shackle.

WL-8710 HIGH SECURITY PADLOCK CHROME PLATED 2-4/25" WIDE

To install the lock:
1.  Ensure that the padlock is unlocked.
2.  Rotate the shackle away from the padlock body to secure it to the object.
3.  Once the shackle is in place, rotate it back to its original position and press down to lock it into the body.
